Personal Data Protection under the LOPD
Click OnLine Marketing, S.L., in application of current personal data protection regulations, informs that personal data collected through paper or digital forms is included in automated files specific to users of the services of Click OnLine Marketing, SL.
The collection and automated processing of personal data is intended to maintain the commercial relationship and perform information, training, advisory and other activities specific to Click OnLine Marketing, S.L.
These data will not be transferred to any entity outside Click OnLine Marketing, S.L., with the sole exception of a legal obligation or mandate.
Click OnLine Marketing, SL adopts the necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The user declares that all data provided are true and correct and undertakes to keep them updated, notifying Click OnLine Marketing, S.L. of any changes.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
For what purpose will we process your personal data?
- In the event of contracting the services offered, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as for the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service.
- Sending information requested through forms provided in digital or physical format.
Data Retention
How long will the personal data collected be stored? The personal data provided will be kept while the commercial relationship is maintained and deletion is not requested. Afterwards, they will be kept for the legally required periods (except, in both cases, where processing was based on the User’s consent and the User revoked it, in which case they will be kept until such revocation is received).
Therefore, we can guarantee that your data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes described above, without prejudice to any retention required for the formulation, exercise or defense of potential claims and/or whenever permitted by applicable law.

Your data are processed on the following legal bases:

User Rights
Click OnLine Marketing, SL informs the User of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability and restriction of processing, as well as the right to reject automated processing of personal data collected by Click OnLine Marketing, SL.
These rights may be exercised free of charge by the User, and where applicable by their representative, through a written and signed request addressed to: Calle Serrano 226, Bajo Dcha, 28016 Madrid. The request must include the following information: the User’s name and surname, address for notifications, photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport, and the specific request. In addition to the above rights, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time through the procedure described above, without such withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn. Click OnLine Marketing, SL. may continue to process the User’s data to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Click OnLine Marketing, SL reminds the User that they have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
Implemented Security Measures
Click OnLine Marketing, SL undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and its duty to safeguard them, and will adopt the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Click OnLine Marketing, SL has implemented the technical and organizational security measures necessary to guarantee the security of your personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or the physical or natural environment, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Click OnLine Marketing, SL, as an entity concerned with privacy, continuously supervises, controls and evaluates its processes in order to reinforce the confidentiality and integrity of information within its organization and ensure respect for privacy and information security according to international standards.
Protection of Hosted Information
Click OnLine Marketing, SL makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers. However, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data deleted by users, since such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the time elapsed since the last backup.
Commercial Communications
In application of the LSSI, Click OnLine Marketing, SL will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic communication means unless they have been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.
In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Click OnLine Marketing, SL will be authorized to send commercial communications relating to products or services similar to those initially contracted with the client.
In any case, after proving their identity, the user may request that no further commercial information be sent through the indicated channels.
Social Media Management Agreements
Click Online Marketing S.L uses an internal tool called SD_Social for centralized social media management. This tool accesses TikTok accounts exclusively for clients with whom Click Online Marketing S.L has signed an express social media management agreement that explicitly includes TikTok management on behalf of the client. No account is connected without prior written authorization from the account holder.
